Velarde Vinos de Madrid Tinto

Interesting nose, in a good way. Smells like berries on top of creme brulee with a little sweet ketchup mixed in. Leather too. Taste is immediately sweet berries, finishes with the ketchup thing, which I like even though it's weird. Finish falls off pretty quickly and is not incredibly elegant, but hey for $9, this actually has some interesting qualities.
