Farbe dunkler Kirschen, nicht so hell wie deutsche Spaetburgunder. In der ersten Nase sehr fruchtig, erster Geschmack fast suesslich. Nach halber Stunde Öffnen entfaltet er sich wunderbar: Geruch beerig nach Kirschen und Pflaumen mit Cassis, Leder und Wuerze, schoen kraeftig, erinnert an chilen. Sauvignon. Geschmack fruchtig kirschig, ledrig, angenehme Saeure, weiche Tannine, trotz der Kraeftigkeit sehr elegant....muss aber schnaufen! hat mit deutschen Spaetburgundern wenig gemeinsam.

Fruit driven nose of red berries with some earthy, floral, and saline mineral notes. Nice soft tannic structure on the palate with highish (13.5%) alc being kept in check by acidity, subtle oak and tannins. A great value everyday Pinot. Drink now through 2017.

Red fruit, earth, and saline mineral notes on the nose. Medium weight and tannins with nice fresh acidity on the palate. Plenty of fruit and mineral notes carrying through to a long finish. Drink now through 2022.
