Cork. Alc 13% vol. Oozes pinot aromas - cherry, forest floor, pine, earthy. Very appealing. Medium bodied and youthful on the palate, but very composed and complete. Well balanced. Fine, silky tannins. Took about 30-40 minutes to relax and open out in the glass. Would really like to see this again in a few years.

Blind Tasting in St Albans : Translucent with a bit of age. A welcoming, developed nose with fruit in the background. Fruity with great tannin balance, an elegant wine, unmistakably Pinot Noir, almost Burgundian, very long, delicious.
