Georg Schlegel Pinot Noir Pradafant

Medium slightly transparent color. Takes a while to open up and develop complexity in the glass. Perfumed and elegant, with notes of sweet red cherries, strawberries, some steely mineral note, sweet spices, also some gamey note. It's medium bodied, with some medium tannin that might still need another 2 years or so to integrate, medium+ acidity. Medium-long finish. A pretty wine full of elegance and freshness.
