Sullivan, Coeur de Vigne, Rutherford

I like this wine a lot, but the last bottle I finished on the 3rd night, not like me at all, and it was awesome. Berries, and the tannins were muted but there, and a 40 second finish. Wish I had more.

Decanted and drank over three days. Full body. Oak and tar on the nose. Napa cab, to be sure - generous oak, some sweetness, tannins still alive but in a good spot, some bitterness on the finish but not pronounced. Enjoyable, poor QPR, IMHO.

Bordeaux blend consisting of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc, and 9% Petit Verdot.aged for 20 months in French oak, 40% of it new. 600 cases produced. 14.8% Wine Access - Deep garnet-ruby in color.
