13% ABV. DIAM 3 enclosure. Blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and others. PNP into Riedel Yoichi glass (Flower day): Very pale ruby with orange rims. Organic red cherries, dried herbs, ethereal white spices, highly elegant and authentic nose. Saline minerality driven with fresh acidity on palate, organic red cherries with umami, suave tannins and bittersweet notes on the finish. Not unlike a top Jura Ploussard in my view? 94 points easy.
