Metaphora Wines Cabernet Sauvignon Premiere Napa Valley

Tasted alongside Christophe Baron's Hors Categorie 2015. Both were absolutely perfect wines of absolutely opposite styles. Hors Categorie was a perfect expression of Northern Rhone syrahs. Metaphora was as perfect an expression of Napa cabernet as I've tasted. Its dark garnet, opaque, with no hints of amber edge.
