Consistent with prior tasting. Opened up after about 20 minutes of air. Initial heat is gone. Fruit and oak are more integrated. Very nice.

Dark garnet color with nose of black currant and cherry. This is a well balanced wine with black cherry, spice and toasted oak. A little hot at first but it settled down after an hour of air. On day two, it started showing dark black fruit, green pepper, leather, and licorice. This has the backbone to cellar for a while and is a very nice value at $20.
