Dark pink color. Ripe peach, orange, red berry, and floral bouquet. Fleshy and creamy, long and silky. Still sports a juicy cut but the fruit is starting to dry up on the crushed rock finish. Drink it if you have it.

Agréable, beaucoup de sucre résiduel avec un peu d'acidité pour équilibrer le tout. Bon en apéro

Saturday Tasting at The Gourmet Shop Columbia, SC 4/20/2013 (The Gourmet Shop, Columbia, SC) : This is one of the richer more full bodied rose's I have ever tasted. Has layers of concenrated flavors that allow scoring at the 90 point "glass ceiling" range. There is commendable depth and character. The color starts off fairly typical pink to salmon. The nose displays a mineral earthiness that gives a hint of what is comming. The combination of flavors across the palate …

(Deals/Genka Gastronomy Fair, Rose Wines from the Mediterranean Sea Masterclass, Intercontinental Hotel) Light onion/saumon color. Soft and flowery nose, slightly fruity too. Nice in the palate, good acidity, short to medium aftertaste. I remember it much better.

Typical pale onion-skin colour with a fully developed earthy nose around red fruits and sweet spice. Full bodied for a rose with herbs and cherries on palate. Well balanced with a long mid-palate and very reasonable finish.

I can't seem to put my mind on the color. Is it pink, salmon or onion? Oh well, the nose was quite mild in the beginning, with citrus fruits and flowers after a while and then again ending with notes of very ripe and juicy peach. (Fascinating really) Impressively big in the mouth, nice acidity with a "warm" feeling in it, medium concentration and shortish to medium aftertaste. This is a good wine to have by the glass, but also …

Very good Provence onion-skin colored rose. Nose was of medium intensity and strangely it got better and more pronounced every day of the three within which I consumed the wine. Citric notes more of a sanguine orange than lemon though, were woven together with florals and mineral nuances. Palate was medium bodied and refreshing with a nice balance between sweetness (there must be some residual sugar here) and bitterness on the finish.

Pink salmon colour. The nose has white peaches, layered with white flowers. The palate echoes the nose nicely, with acidity that brings balance to a somewhat ample finish. Always a pleaser, vintage after vintage.
