Pronounced taste of green apples, lemon, nettle, blackcurrant leaves, gooseberry leaves and tomato leaves. Medium long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. An acceptable Californian Sauvignon Blanc. Drink now. Goes well by itself or with salads or vegetables.
