Very nice and crispy Demi-Sec. was expecting it to be on the sweeter side, but was pleasantly surprised by the presence of acidity and body. Drinks well without any thing to go with it. Will definitely purchase again

I think that this is a silky smooth and refined Champagne. There's minerality, lemon zest and green apple. Tiny bubble without having too much. Maybe lacking some length an power to flirt with top of the line Champagne but this is perfect aperitive / nature seafood companion but it would not support any food with stronger taste.

This is a mouth-fillingly fruity, intensive and powerful Champagne, providing notes of white and red fruits as well as smoke. It is somewhat lacking steeliness, but it is anyway a very good buy for its price (ca. 30 euros).

This Pinot Meunier based Champagne is made by an individual producer. Providing fruit, structure, freshness, somewhat smoky aromas and an overall personal character, this gave excellent value for the decent amount of money (27 euros).
