Malbec that comes from Finca Pedraza, a plot of 2 hectares of limestone soils with a high presence of sands and clays, located at an altitude of 1000 m with an extreme climate. It ferments in stainless steel tanks, malolactic and aged for 15 months with battonage on its lees in French oak barrels.
