Solid young riesling. Notes of green apple. Lots of minerality, body and acidity that turns to a note of golden delicious apple on the finish.

Checking back in on this wine and I decided to enjoy it over a few days. It was interesting to watch it evolve and see how it developed. I was surprised that it went from being quite simple and fresh on day one to much more tart fruit, more noticeable acidity, and even slightly less perfumed on day four. Too young? Shut down? This was not much more flavorful than drinking tap water. Huge disappointment, even for a lower level bottling. Total waste of money.
