Jean Francois Merieau Touraine Vieilles Vignes Coeur de Roche

More up-market than the Hexagonales Sauvignon from the same maker, which is more of a pre diner wine. This Coeur de Roche is from the old vinges and has had some barrel time. Pared with goat cheese salad and some BBQ scallops which worked out well. Still a lot of accidity here.
