Elegant hvit frukt. T�rr, med heftig syre og salt mineralitet. Medium pluss lang finish. Imponerende vin som trenger noen �r p� langs.

Hewn from the rock. Intensely minerally style, dusty slate, hint of spontaneous fermentation, complex citrus fruit expression, crisp and compact, energetic and appetising, salty finish. Very pure and linear, excellent length. At restaurant Vineum, Rotterdam, NL.
