Blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, 14.3% vol. Just decanted before dinner. Does not smell like it comes from Valais, blind I would point to the Loire. On the nose dark fruited and a suggestion of bell pepper, on the palate an earthy touch, good freshness and still a lot of edges, ends long. Very good and still very youthful, will profit from further cellaring, 91+.
