Moncur Cellars Chardonnay (Bistro Moncur, Sydney) : A little chicken and herbs, savoury spice, muted fruit behind this. Medium plus intensity acidity, quite tart, suppressed malolactic (?) it's a little tough on the finish. Non intrusive alcohol warmth on the finish, time should help but meh today.
