Spumante BdB 7year aged. Gold yellow. Soft and delicate bobbles. Brioche, biscuit, white flowers, melon, pear, green apple on nose. Full-bodied. It is like to fulfill lemon custard cream in my mouth. Is it better than Champagne? I can say that this bottle is worth enough.

A private lunch (Ristorante Le Calandre ***, Sarmeola di Rubano, Italy) : 100% Chardonnay. Nice marriage of weight and freshness, relatively ripe style of citrus fruit, spicy and floral, good intensity and length.
