Roxanich Rosé

Winery's public tasting. Pale brown brick colored with medium legs. Fine, wood, almost barrique nose with that bourbon notes my receptors detected. Acidic flavor, pretty alcoholic (13,5% declared), berry fruity with earthy and dusty notes, only touched with wood now. Medium bodied, quite sharp in all aspects, yet rather complex. Long, acidic and bourbon warming finish. Probably tasted completely different when fresh, only connections would presumably be a tad too intense alcohol and acidity overwhelm.
