well-balanced. non-filtered. my wife thinks it tastes too grapefruity, and I know what she means, but I like the acidity though this really needs food, and probably better in a year or at least with more air. Maybe it'll fully integrate in a couple of days? great nose; nice finish, except for a subtle metallic undertone at the very end, but that mostly dissolves with a lot of air.
