Unscrewed and poured. Pleasant aroma of red fruit, mint, and yeast. Frothy and pleasantly sweet flavors of strawberry, minerals. Sweetness intensifies in the cherry finish. Beautiful, delicate, great staying power. Served slightly chilled.

Very aromatic with notes of strawaberry, cherry, rose petals and raspberry. Sweetness is well balanced by the acidity. Light bubbly and a creamy mouth feel. Perfect with strawberries and dark chocolate

Good, lovely sweet fruity notes of strawberries. Unfortunately this bottle was in decline. Was given this bottle from my dear sister. The last bottle from their wedding in 2014 - quite flattering they would sacrifice it in my favor . Definitely a bottle I would recommend seeking out, but look for new vintages... Not a wine to be stored....

Russk. Leftovers at Pablo's. Beat out the Girard sauternes. Get some.

Beautiful color. The fragrant nose shows strawberry jam, raspberry, herbs, flowers, and a hint of pepper. This is sweet on the palate, with good effervescence and plenty of acidity. Delicious!

Pale pink, salmon hue. Gentle mousse. Deep, sweet nose, with lashings of nutmeg soaked in pomegranate and cherry. Medium rather than light in body, soft fizz, quite deep fruit, cherry and sweet redcurrant. Inky finish. This is ok but slightly tilted, veering toward the sweet and heavy aspects whilst forgetting the backbone. A private dinner (Restaurant La Belle Epoque ***, Lübeck/Travemünde, Germany) : Refreshing, aromas of muscat, apple, cherry and rose; elegant sweetness, delicious in its own, slightly innocent way, fragrant; very good length.

A structure close to a moscato d' asti but with a different flavor profile. Lots of fresh red berries like cherries and strawberries, a hint of vanilla and almond. Paired with fresh strawberries and vanilla ice cream. Wonderful match!
