Pale gold color. Lemon-lime on the nose, along with some custardy oyster shell notes that remind me of Chablis. Textured and extracted on the palate, with citrusy and creamy notes, medium body, and medium acidity. This is drinking fairly well now, though I suspect it’ll reward a few years in the cellar.
