B. Wise Vineyards Pinot Noir Silver Eagle

I was not sure I was going to love this upon opening - it was a bit one dimensional and the alcohol dominated. But 30 minutes later, the fruit unwound over a base of fresh earth. Elegant and a great meal companion.

Wonderful Pinot Noir very fruit forward. Among my favorite Pinots.

Fuller bodied Pinot, great B Wise style, warm and silky went well with a seared/baked crispy skin chicken thighs, mushrooms and sweet potatoes

Although relatively new to B. Wise wines as a result of our summer trip to Sonoma, I can say with some level of confidence that his Pinot's all emanate a sense of place and elegance. Medium-bodied but soft delivery with high quality fruit. This is an invitation to an elegant experience, likely black tie. This wine exudes sophistication and was a privilege to drink. Dark fruit but with a moderate flavor intensity.
