Philip Carter Cabernet Sauvignon

I wasn't hoping for much with this. I bought this at the winery as an attempt to have something in my cellar from here. The years it has sat in the bottle have done it well. The nose isn't remarkable but is pleasant. I like my cab sauv noses big. The attack is very mild. Still some acidity but not a lot of strong fruit. My wife would call this "thin."
