Antoine Arena Bianco Gentile

Robe citron doré, nez encore fruité, peu de signe d'évolution. Acidité moyenne, corps moyen plus, alcool moyen plus, un peu marquant, il est encore bien expressif pour un 2006, ce cépage donne un vin rond et idéal avec des notes relevées et marines à la fois dans l'assiette. Pas un vin à siroter seul en terrasse, en tous cas pour moi.

Super interesting to drink. Hard to pinpoint or describe the profile. There's a really nice salinity on the nose with some melon and quince notes. Maybe also some dry fruits. Some fresh butter notes which disappear on the palate. Rather fat and round but there's enough acidity to balance the wine. Finish is long, which I have to admit, is not something I was expecting.
