Greyfriars Vineyard Noor

Blend of 72% Pinot Gris and 28% Chardonnay. It says on the bumf but I think it might be the other way round. Noor was a Persian princess parachuted into occupied France with the SOE - apparently. Lean, lot of acidity, touch of honey and some leesy notes. It's a bit tight but I think it'll fill out with time in the bottle. Pretty tasty.
