43% Chardonnay, 37% Pinot Gris, 20% Riesling. Went well with the halibut and would be great with Thai or Szechuan food. Creamy mouth feel with some nice spice notes on the finish.

Tropical fruit in the nose and in taste. The wine is fruit-forward in the flavors. Very nice to drink on its own.
