Campodelsole Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Riserva Vertice

Very impressed with this wine. nice structure, not at all astringent but still has a dark fruityness about it. after 30 minutes it tased like a very different wine - less deep and certainly smoother. After 4 hours (second bottle) it peaked. I would not recommend cellaring this wine much past 2013. It drinks well and I think can handle just about any spicy food.
