C Marey & Liger-Belair Bourgogne Rosé

Like the better known Aligote, this can only be drunk at the Cuverie. The sommelier let us know that this was the first vintage with a longer skin contact that previously. As for the wine itself, it did the job that I want most rosé to do - exhibit freshness and good ripeness without coming across as oversweet. The fruit profile here is quite pear-driven though hardly complex. A nice bottle given how hot this stretch of 2025 was.
