Nose - bramble berry, licorice, oak Mouth - lighter bodied but rich berry flavors intermixed with bitter oak. Possibly in a strange place. If I had more bottles of this I would let them sleep for a few more years for (hopefully) better oak integration.

Pretty tart and dry in terms of profile. Medium to light body. Elegant and feminine, but lacks complexity and richness. Lacks any vitality or vibrancy. Red fruit with tart cherry and cranberry notes evident. Not a surprise at this price point but I was hoping for a bit more.

Decent Pinot, but at this price very good QPR and a solid food wine. Popped and poured. Started with mostly forest floor and evolved nicely to a tart cherry and rhubarb. Singular with modest length. Tannins started a bit sharp, but rounded quickly and was a very pleasant. Body was light, so light that a bit of heat on the finish at only13%. Flavours also faded fairly quickly and was dead 3 hrs after opening.

Sadly not as good as I'd hoped. A slight cardboard nose and flavour. To be fair, it's not a pricey bottle and it was very drinkable and not at all unpleasant. Just no complexity at all

Soft and gentle, light and lively on the palate, well done, fleshy and balanced acidity that rides the finish, young. Tastes lighter than the 13.9% that is stated on the label. Just opened.

Light cherry color; almost immediate engaging earthy good funk, meaty nose; more subtle cherries, strawberry, blackberry, slight acid bite, a bit of alcohol shows thru at this stage. Prince of Pinot gives this his 2011 All American award and I am in agreement that this is a worthy wine. Drinking surprisingly well now. Balanced. You won't be disappointed with an early pop and pour, especially for the price. I'll save my next for 2014-2016.
