Zippy acidity, nice effervescence Lovely straw color Kiwi, lime, stone fruit 1hr in and catching a strong whiff of soy. Quite nice

(Disgorged in 2022, 5% Pinot Noir and 95% Chardonnay from Trépail, dosage 7 gr/L, 1 800 bottles made) Light yellow colour with a youthful nose showing pomelo, almonds and with a fruity touch of apples as it opens up in the glass. Buttery on the palate showing a citrus driven acidity with a pleasant bittersweet red grapefruit peels finish. Very pleasant already, but will reward further cellaring. (Best 2024-2034)
