Solid everyday wine, good fruit and medium body.

Medium ruby in color; hibiscus, black cherries, and strawberry sauce on the nose; medium acidity; medium plus tannins; tastes like sour cherries, dried flowers, wet gravel, and a little black pepper with a long finish.

Did not like this at all. Almost no acidity left it tasting oddly flat. Also had an unusual aftertaste, would not buy again.

Started off really strong for a sub $10 wine, certainly feels like real wine, not super manipulated. A bit jammy and goofy on the nose but fun with blueberry preserves, honestly more like fruit leather, and a bit of a smoky, tarry thing in the background. Some good structure, not too heavy though, not very vibrant, neither is it flabby.
