Coopers Creek Chardonnay Viognier

The wine maker apperently starts at 50 / 50 blend and then backs off the viognier until he thinks it works. This year the Viognier was so strong it took until the Viognier came down to 25% to make it work. The viognier is there but not overstated. More mineral viognier composition as well. Nice wine.

75 chardonnay, 25% viognier. more exotic fruit profile than the unoaked chard. not intensely aromatic, but... more in the passion fruit realm. for sure viognier on the palate with exotic fruit profile and some nice florals up front.
