Very light yellow. Oh my gosh the nose. Pout pourry, dry lavender, lychees. Incredible. Never smelled anything like that - not kidding. That carries on the palate, with round, low acidity, buttery feel almost, and pout pourry all over, with nice minerals, cracked black pepper, notes of citrus, and a long aromatic ending with clear notes of lavender honey.
