Wow, what a beast. This Cornas clocks in at 13% alcohol but is so intense, definitely a food wine. Bouquet of „Schattenmorellen“ (dark cherries) with some Mediterranean herbs. The palate is intense and quite long. Now at a perfect drinking Spot.
