Panevino 'Onna Vino Rosso

Pale ruby red, clear. High toned with olive, cherry, raspberry, root beer, red delicious apple, fresh cut flowers, potting soil. Carbonic on the nose and in the mouth, so while it has some body, it remains light on the palate. Tart, mineral finish, with a hint of forest floor and ash. Pretty wild, but I like it. Enjoy with salumi or anything you would pair normally with lambrusco.

Lightly carbonated and off. Carbonation settled and it was drinkable, but flawed. Cheap road tar nose and flavor.
