If you want extraction, weight or pillowy plushness, this isn't for you. If you are comfortable with unadulterated cool climate expressions of grapes, this offers character in spades. Very light, fresh, with lots of black pepper, sour berries, and various complementing spices. Acidity is moderate but the predominant structural aspect, tannin is low and unobtrusive, and the length is moderate. This can probably age well a couple if years.

The Wine Society Autumn 2025 Press Tasting (Southwark) : Sharp and spritzy. Needed a Fourrier shake that I was not in a position to perform! Quite raspy and refreshingly light, but overall I am not so convinced by this.
