A full bodied expression of Margaret River Cabernet. The wine is redolent of blackberries, olives and briars tannins. A very long palate profile highlights the lovely oak treatment. Went very well with pasta.

Wood flavors persist alongside blackberries. Competent winemaking, distinctive oaky style

The wine looks violet colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like dust. It tastes like mineral and dust. The body is light/medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes short. The wine has low acidity. Not a great deal of depth or real fruit taste. A BBQ quaffer.
