First whiffs were a copy of my shoe locker during warm summer months. However, refined and Bordeaux-typical in expression. On the palate the Merlot (80% and Cab franc 20%) shows off well. The wine is fairly young in structure, however not made for the long haul. Very satisfying. Medium tannins, good fruit with pleasant aromas (blue berries, figs, mango) and balanced acids.
