Baked apple and lemon rind with some salinity. Quite rich and vinous but dangerously drinkable!

Another Sunday service at Jade Court (Chicago, IL) : 4 g/L dosage. This bottle seems a hair advanced for such a young wine, with its slight leaning towards browning apples. Very tasty with green apple, lemon, mango, grapefruit that have a bit of a taffy/AirHeads candy touch to them.

Very nice taste of ripe pear, white flowers, minerality and some brioche. Long finish and nice acidity. Definitely can cellar longer.

Expressive notes of ripe pear, also some dried apricot, white flowers, crushed almond and a touch of smoke, nice minerality. It's pretty full-bodied, with high acidity cutting through the slightly creamy texture and smaller and not too many bubbles. Overall a very vinous …
