Marimar Estate Chardonnay Acero Don Miguel Vineyard

A nice Chard, tasted from MAG....a medium bodied wine, with plenty of oaky richness but a firm core of acidity on the back end....this wine almost has a bipolar personality, rather than a balanced yin/yang which reduced its level of enjoyment. Not sure if it would gain any balance with more age so I recommend drinking up with richer cheeses or cream based sauces.

Very enjoyable. Steely minerality, burgundian style. Very good.
