Light straw yellow colour. White flowers and honey on the nose. Taste of white flowers, honey and minerals. Great complexity. Goes well with shellfish and seafood, might also go well with poultry or light meat.

Flat stale nose. I normally like some earth or stone, but this nose is more cat pee. Palate is not good. Just strong box white wine flavor.
