An orange assyrtiko. Quite the dark orange color and frankly this is better straight of the blocks . With a bit of age like our bottle the lack f freshness just makes the wine flat and fruit juicy and its a shame. Not offensive or back just lacking a bit of spirit (or a lot) Pointless to rate we felt

Fermented spontaneously, vinified without sulfites, aged for 10 months on the lees, bottled with a small dose (40 mg/l) of sulfites and without fining or filtering. 13,5% alcohol. This Assyrtiko spent 21 days on the skins; wild botanicals (juniper?
