New label. Very faint nose (rather non-existent) with minerality (wet stone), pear, pithy white peach and honeysuckle. Palate introduces citrus (lemon, grapefruit, orange), ripe peach, green apple, nettle, and strong acidity in the back palate in the form of cherry tomato/basil. This didn't start gaining its expression until it had been opened for 2.5 hours - it wasn't even served too cold at the start.
