(12,5/20) Interesting, add some sugar and water to the left over grape skins of the actual wine fermentation, let it ferment a second time, inject CO2, and you have what they call Piquette. Low alcohol, quite refreshing, but more a lemonade style than real wine of course. Medium intense and simple aromas of strawberry lemonade, raspberry, cranberry. Dry wine, medium acidity, low tannins, light body, medium flavour intensity, medium- length finish. 5% ABV - served @ tour of Chateau Amsterdam
