Clementine Carter Graciano

This is very fruit forward. On pop-and-pour, a lot of sour cherry mellowing into cherry after 30 minutes or so. A little blackberry fading to violet on the finish. The longer it’s open, the darker the fruit gets. Light, accessible. Enough tannins to add a little structure without being heavy. This is really nice. Don’t have enough context for Graciano to provide a rating on typicity, but a solid easy drinker.

Something a little different from Casa Dumetz, and it is going to be good once Sonja figures out the best approach. This is still quite nice, if a little "muddled".
