Domenica Shiraz

There's not an overtly fruity nose. Pepper, dried sage, some mint and other green herbs as well as a touch of forest floor. There's some sweet fruit up front that is almost immediately over taken by more savoury elements - the sage again and a touch of bacon smokiness.
