Crowley Chardonnay Maresh Vineyard

At 10 years old this is very good aged us chard.... if that’s what you like. I don’t or at least not muchand not often. Heavy ponderous and big this wine pushes all the typicity buttons but does not leave me reaching for more

A bit round and completely overwhelmed by coconut and vanilla. Disappointing.

WOW! wish I had more as now I have none of this gorgeous wine left but enjoyed immensely as aging served it well.

Lovely aromatics and flavors of pear and honey crisp apple with moderate acid and clean finish.

Keeps getting better from prior notes!

A unique Chardonnay, with a nose of coconut, marshmallow, papaya and Pineapple. This was a golden color with a butter, coconut and tropical fruit flavors that seemed unrelated to oak. Excellent, rich And viscous body with great mouthfeel.

Stunning Oregon Chardonnay. Could spend all day enjoying the aromas! Palate was equally as thrilled with explosion of fruits that evolved with air and solid acidity giving to really nice length. Hint of oak that will fade as this has years of evolution ahead. Well done Maestro Tyson Crowley! Magical explosion of serious flavors just off the nose. So aromatic. Toasted marshmallow ganache on top of a coconut layer cake. Waves of lemon and honeycrisp apple and some meyer lemon rind. There is melon note, small ripe white cantelope split open and still warmed by the sun. White meadow flowers and a touch of chamomile and freesia. Friday Night Blind Tasting (Weygandt Wines - Washington, D.C.) : Light gold color. The nose showed lots of honeydew melon, like pure, concentrated honeydew. Absolutely delicious. There was also some apricot and rich apple. It almost reminded me of a white rhone blend. The palate is a confluence of intensity and freshness that is just delicious.
