Tasted at La Colombe Restaurant: Very light and translucent Ruby red; ethereal smell, subtle and fine. On palate light, well rounded with some savory impressions. A tad short and was not really a match for the first course: Bone marrow, Wagyu, Pickled fish and Aubergine on a crisp-bread. By itself I found it attractive in an innocent, precocious way...
