Same as two years ago, i.e "This bottle of Franciacorta Satem (sugar or sweet wine added to the entire fermentation vat instead of by bottle) vintage 2013 deserves a solid 91. Aromas, taste every component is in harmony. Flavor of the best vintage Champagne

It's an interesting wine. There's a definite richness and depth to it. Can tell the oak treatment. And the wine almost is a bit creamy bubbles. Drank as part of an online Zoom. The truth is I'm snobby about bubbles and I do think Champagne has their reputation for a reason. This was clearly a well made wine with a lot of thought and care. To me it's a slightly different use case than Champagne. Wouldn't pop it just because …
